Vincent Delisi founded Sparkedge to deliver sophisticated, performance-based portfolio optimization to municipal utilities and electric cooperatives in the PJM, and MISO markets.

A 2021 graduate of Liberty University with degrees in Finance and Economics, Vincent launched his energy career at ACES Power in January 2024. There, he worked directly with co-ops and munis, actively managing wholesale power portfolios by executing day-ahead and real-time trades, minimizing risk, and maximizing cost savings. Over two years, he traded across PJM and MISO executed more than 4,000 bilateral trades with major utilities to ensure reliable physical delivery and generate significant client savings.

Motivated by a dedication to public power entities, Vincent launched Sparkedge as an independent third-party agent. Free from asset ownership or conflicts of interest, Sparkedge is laser-focused on one objective: optimizing portfolios to unlock measurable savings through targeted off-peak opportunities in the day-ahead market—sourcing lower-cost power from PJM and MISO instead of traditional big utilities.
